Cranston, Rhode Island – Thursday, January 17, 2019 –Tech Collective, Rhode Island’s foremost Information Technology Association, in partnership with national keynoter and leadership development activator Tim Hebert, will be launching a 2019 leadership development series. Hebert, a perennial entrepreneur, business leader and public speaker, will lead a series of experiential workshops that cover core leadership frameworks and concepts to help attendees cultivate new skillsets.
“As individuals, we have the opportunity every single day to make the choice to lead more strategically, purposefully and intentionally,” says Hebert. “In this leadership development series, we will dive deep into core components of leadership development—from how to become an exemplary role model, to creating vision and energy, to leading change, to actively engaging you and your team. Attendees will leave activated to reach for and grab for more on their leadership journey.”
Hebert is the founder of Dirigo Leadership Consulting, a leadership development company offering a series of workshops, public speaking and educational services. The original workshops, to be offered at the Tech Collective in Providence, Rhode Island, include:
- The Leadership Challenge Workshop: An interactive, experiential workshop in which attendees explore The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act and Encourage the Heart
- Vision & Execution: Dream Big, Take Action and Have a Plan: Designed to help attendees understand how to set wildly audacious goals, break the goal down into actionable steps and create an environment of accountability to get there.
- Mastering Transition: Leverage Strengths During Transition: Attendees will learn how to leverage their natural talents to successfully master a career transition
