Moments of leadership present themselves all day long, whether we are sitting in a business meeting, watching our children’s soccer game or community to work. Last week I took a Lyft to the Pittsburgh airport and got into a lengthy conversation with my driver, Morris, about Leadership and Life.
We discussed that the most important contribution that you can make in the world is doing something for someone else. Doing something that no one asked you to do. Doing something that no one expected. Doing something without expecting something in return. Merely doing something for some else other than yourself.
